Body shop recommendations - st albans

Always a potential nest of vipers this, but I'm after a good balance of quality/price to have some work done on my MX5, essentially it's a front and rear bumper debadge, spray and fit a ducktail spoiler and carry out a minor plastic weld repair to a crack in the front bumper.

Sofar I have had a quote from Finishline in stevenage, but they are coming out pretty pricey (they want £450 just to do the front bumper, I think with the rear bumper debadge and ducktail, they will be out of my budget).

A mate has recommended prestige paint in Harpenden.

Apart from these two has anyone else got any suggestions? As close to st albans as possible, and a courtesy car is pretty much essential. Realistically I don't want to spend more than £700...it's a 12 year old car so I'm not after the Sistine chapel of finishes, but still needs to be a tidy job.

I cannot recommend these guys from my own use but they are busy and local. High Cross Garage in Aldenham.
