HITCHIN - Rental property required

Maybe someone on PH can assist me.

I have very recently separated from my wife and am looking for a rental property in Hitchin, Herts (or very close proximity).

I am looking for either a 1 or 2 bedroom property (house or flat), ideally with a small garden / ground floor access.

I am local and can view immediately.

I have funds of £900PCM Available.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Probably to late now as it say sales agreed, but a flat opposite sold for £180k with the mortgage repayments being around £750 (pending on deposit etc).
