Yes, there's been a change in the security rating there, meaning they need to cancel.
There's always the Retro and Classic at Old Warden next weekend. I'll be there, hopefully with my MX5, but perhaps in the C6 if I can't get the '5 sorted
Slight thread hijack, feef what do you think of the C6?There's always the Retro and Classic at Old Warden next weekend. I'll be there, hopefully with my MX5, but perhaps in the C6 if I can't get the '5 sorted

Lovely to drive, incredibly comfortable and capable for most things I throw at it (Mine's a DD when it's not being thrown across continents on autoroute and 'nationals' or A roads) Not as wallowy in the twisties as it's wafty suspension might suggestI'm thinking of getting one next year
However, the running and maintenance costs aren't the lowest, and it's in a pretty high VED bracket so if you're looking at it from a financial aspect, there's better cars out there
That being said, despite a recent £900 bill to replace suspension bushes and brakes all round, and a troublesome few days reprogramming the suspension (I have the Lexia diagnostic software so saves the 'plugging it into the laptop' bill) I genuinely can't think what I'd replace it with
It's a car that I get asked about frequently, I got waved at here in France driving it, and even although I've had it a couple of years, it's still an event to take her out

Thanks Feef, I may well bug you nearer the time with more questions (I can't do much until my company car is due for change next May).
I do fancy the petrol version but coming across one of those for sale is uber rare.
If you can afford to be picky, then go for the 3litre dieselI do fancy the petrol version but coming across one of those for sale is uber rare.
