Welder servicing

My TIG is blowing fuses. I hadn't used it for a while but last time I did, it worked fine. It'll strike an arc but less than a second later it blows the fuse. I've had a look in the case and I can't see any obvious shorts, breaks or evidence of stuff having borked inside.

Anyone got any recommendations for somewhere local to St Neots where I can take it for a proper look and repair?
