best mobile phone network herts, beds, bucks

I live in Penn, and when I moved here I was on Vodaphone.
Found the signal terrible (often couldn't even get 2G in the house) so once contract was up I moved to EE, get pretty good 4G reception in most places.
What I found quite useful was signing up for some of the free PAYG SIMs, and then just plugging these in to see what reception was like. Found out that way that there was no point signing up to either O2 or 3.

I`m currently with 02 and I am finding the signal crap in the area with constant dropped calls, and a struggle to find and keep a signal , 02 claim they are working on improving things but they have been saying that for months, I'm keen to know what others think of their network
I was with o2 20 years, phone signal was always good - but nowadays the data is more important and their data coverage is very poor. Now with ER and get decent data everywhere.
