Car body/ paint repairs bedfordshire

Anybody have any recommendations for body/ paint repairs in Bedfordshire? Rear bumper on my corolla t sport needs prepping and spraying (previous owners fault, promise )

Theres a chap in Maulden called bumper man who has done a few jobs for me. He repaired a crack in my old Focus RS bumper and did a good job on that. Never had big job done, but he was fairly priced from memory.
