Yep will pop over for a while. Wonder how many of the 15 cars from above will turn out on a grim day.

Please don't leave without me! Or if you do let me know the address smile we're leaving shortly, takes about half hour to get there.

Nice to see people again this morning but I think that'll be the last one for me.

Chavs in supercars using launch control in the car park as well as thrashing it up and down the road to the roundabout is not what I'm into. Behaviour like that is just going to ruin it for everyone.

I'm sadly inclined to agree.

It's a residential area and a park. Not really the best place for that sort of behaviour.

Glad I didn't make the effort this time, especially with the weather... my weekend has been better spent collecting valuable treasures (or as my wife calls it - "a van full of rusty old junk") for my next project...

+1 Yeah, they could leave that for Bedford or wherever they meet. Don't give us a bad reputation and ruin St Neots nono

When was that? I was part of the group that turned up later and didn't see any of that ...

Nice to meet everyone today.

Some noddy was revving the nuts off a TVR Chimp and whooping on arrival 2 or 3 months back, that and the hero's speeding across the bridge or off towards the golf club sums up the mentality of plenty attending "The Venue"...

I'm guessing they are talking about 1 of the McLarens who was quite a few cars in front of you (guessing you were in your red IX)

Very glad I chose todays meet as my first one of the year to attend. An amazing and diverse selection of metal! clap

Great to see a few familiar faces as always too. I'll be posting my selection of shots up ASAP. smile

Will be a shame if a minority spoil it, police turned up on the first meet a year ago to see what was happening and were reassured by Matt that it was a group of sensible people just meeting up once a month.
The people who live local are going to start complaining if d*cks are wheel spinning and making excessive noise.

Don't understand people with quick cars who seem to need to prove that they can wheelspin or be noisy.

I think it would be a real shame for the behavior of 1 or 2 spoil what is a great meet, 1 McLaren, and a Gallardo who arrived before the main convoy, went beyond what is reasonable and they aren't part of the regular crowd. Everyone else was well behaved as far as I was aware.

Anyway, I took some photos of the late arrivals but my hands were too numb to continue after that!

It sure is! 70% more power, although due to the fastidious nature (read luck) of my search for donor, meant that I managed to locate an Ami8 that was being broken, so the citroen engine I have is an M28 (+6bhp), plus I have the super rare ARB and brackets. Plus once I take the inertia dampers off the hubs (only fitted to amis and acadianes), free mounting points for turning mudgaurds....

BORING!hehe

Worth coming for a few minutes to see that 918.

Agree on the chavs in supercars though. Luckily it's not a common occurrence with the usual group.

I'd really like to organise a run in summer, on the basis that people behave.
