Was at Brunters yesterday and it was nice seeing this flying overhead. Someone said it was the only FF still flying today???

Pretty much yes. There was The Pink Lady in France, I remember when Sally B flew over to France to fly with her (my boyfriend at the time worked for the Fighter Collection at Duxford) but that one is now retired. There may be a few airworthy (but not flying) ones in the States from what I recall.

The Sally B, B-17 Flying Fortress was on her way to Bruntingthorpe. To be honest I could've had such better photos as she was so low over my gardens and house, then started to ascend. I was just too in awe to grab my phone and think of taking a picture until it was almost too late. She flew low over my parents on her return and they got to see her too. Just beautiful and a perfect day.
I'm a plane lover - great when something like that brightens your day. I saw the Catalina fly over my local shops recently and from my window I can see the Spitfire when it's performing at Hatfield House. Seen them all dozens of times but they still have that wow factor and bring a big smile to my face smile

Lovely Ferrari 308 on the way into Welwyn Garden City this morning....

Shame the driver can't work out that you need to be in the right lane with the big arrow pointing right to turn right at a roundabout. Good job the Merc hit the brakes or your rear wing would have been history.

I'm guessing near my work if you saw me in the morning. I'm usually in a silver Impreza wagon with a small smiley on the bootlid smile

I have discussed this with my brother in law and we know this driver well. We have ensured he's received your feedback. hahaha. He would like to know if you liked the way he avoided hitting a bus as well.

Ironically, he was on his way to a bodyshop.

Didn't see that properly as I was behind the Merc.

I seem to have real problems with people not obeying lane markings around Welwyn Garden City; particularly the A1M roundabout up at Hatfield Tesco!

Driving in Welwyn seems to be bad everywhere. Get a lot of bad drivers towards the A1(M) headed North. Is it one lane or two?!

Three lanes into two for the welwyn junction, exit lane usually pretty empty and drivers piling down there and cutting back in at the last moment. Really irritating.
