Haha, of course.
Usually see you somewhere near Whitchurch.
Have always thought it must be a PHer commuting in a car like that
I'm in the silver Honda Jazz (most invisible car ever!)

Thanks. Am having so much fun! Love it.
I'd have flashed if I saw you
I've seen a few MX5s around St Neots this week.. which one is you? Mine's a silver mk2.5 with boot-rack.I'd have flashed if I saw you
There's a few of 'us' in yellow. Coincidentally another lives just a few hundred yards from me!! And the other has a boot rack.
I'll look out for you

Ouch! You're ok though?
Yup.. just a bit pissed off that it's only been back on the road about 3 weeks after getting it supercharged!Does it have a nice SC whine? Or is that just you :-/ What BHP is it at?
(And who did the work?)

I did much of the initial work myself but had a lot of stuff made up and installed by John of Brundall Motorsport including custom 6 rib pulleys and the install of the emerald ECU.
Next step is to get a 15% reduction pulley on the blower and fit the lightened flywheel and uprated clutch and go for a remap.

The whine only becomes noticeable at around 5000rpm and up, and is probably more noticeable in the car than it is from outside. Currently running only 3-4psi manifold pressure and putting out 190bhp. I've still got the stock pulley on the blower.

I like the sound of that. I know of someone collecting a SC'd Mk2 10AE this weekend. It's gorgeous. I did much of the initial work myself but had a lot of stuff made up and installed by John of Brundall Motorsport including custom 6 rib pulleys and the install of the emerald ECU.

I'm still considering an additional MK1 to do something like this to.
Never understood the keeping with one marque mentality. But I'm loving the MX5 world.
A work colleague picked up her first, a white mk3, yesterday too. She's really excited about it.
