Looks unlikely that my car will be around, but I will try and persuade someone to give me a lift in something suitable.

Basically I'm having a little discussion with the DVLA as to whether or not a car that was SVA'd last year should need an MOT this year. They insist it does and untilit either gets one or my exemption letter comes through from VOSA it's both un-MOT'd and un-taxed.

I bet you're glad you asked now. hehe

There's a danger a non-catalyst exhaust might fail on emissions amongst other things. I also still want to sort the chassis rust proofing before it goes on any more salty mucky winter roads (not being prissy, it's just that Caterham powder coating of that era is notoriously flaky and it already needs doing...) With everything that's been going on other the past few weeks I haven't had a chance to get round to it.

Are you Stratos'ing it over then Blib?

I'm a "definitely maybe" for this. I'm doing the Thames Valley/SAS PH runout from 7 am that morning, and if I can get to the start point by 10.30 I will!

Whats the estimated mileage of the trip?

Will there be some last minute tom tom files circulated via email or atleast available for download in the car park?

Weather or Turnout?

And if weather: the Metcheck version, the BBC version or have you seaweed nailed to your back door?

Given the last few weeks I think it's tempting fate to speculate too much! hehe

Met office are showing it cold but dry. Given my cars ability to spin the rears up at around 90mph in 3rd I'm hoping it's going to stay that way, otherwise our spirited drive might turn out to be a little "wet"... (pun intended, please don't hurt me)
