Property Renovation/Repair - High Wycombe - Recommendations

OK...so renovation may be slightly over doing it.

I've got a 3 bed semi that has been let successfully for the last 5 years or so, however I've just evicted the most recent tenant for lack of payment.

The property is a bit run down (to be fair it was before the last tenant moved in). There are a lot of jobs that need doing to get it back up to a suitable standard, however I do not really have the inclination to do them myself, and I'm out of the country a lot on business, so that makes it difficult to be in for deliveries / fittings etc.

Does anybody have any recommendations for somebody who could take on such a project...the work I need (roughly) is:

Prep & redecorate all rooms
New carpets in 2 - 3 rooms
New bathroom (or major overhaul of current)
A very, very deep clean
A couple of days gardening

Any ideas, or should I just look forward to spending the next few(!) weekends doing much of it myself?
