It that time of the year again.

Harpenden Common, a lot of exotica, hopefully a nice barmy afternoon-evening.

A Nice combination.

What time is it on 'till? Might head over later that evening if work allows.

Lots of cars there 'til it starts to get dark, so about 9ish?

I'll be there having a stroll around (and a pint or 2!)

Weather permitting I'll bring my (somewhat tatty blue) Caterham along.

Hang on... just seen the web link. You have to pay to bring your car along? Are there any perks or is it just like a giant pay and display?

I'll be there, heading over for when it starts but not showing the 911 unfortunately. I'll be on the lookout for PH identification for those that are smile

Anyone in/around Harpenden at the moment who can provide an accurate weather report?

Yep only rained at about 7.30pm or so, but we'd been there since 3.45pm and were on our way back to the car by that point smile

Some very nice cars there, a good turnout.

Good turn out and some interesting motors again this year.

I thought I'd get away without polishing the car again before Croxley green next week, but there was just enough rain to turn the dust covering my car into little mud splats ....

Anyone know anything about the classic Mini with the full CF interior, roof, wheelarch extensions and Vauxhall (I think) engine visible through the bonnet?

ETA, found it, nice work,

I really like what you did with the interior, and the fit of the bonnet is perfect smile

Bit late posting up, but good evening and good turnout. Think it's my 7th (maybe 8th) time attending the COTC.

There's a write up on the BBC website: http://news.bbc.co.uk/local/threecounties/hi/peopl...

And some of my pics from the evening:

There were simply too many lovely motors to take a pic of all of them (all though I did try my best hehe ). So loads of pics here for those interested: http://s132.photobucket.com/albums/q11/300bhpton/C...
And some highlights:

hehe
