Great run, enjoyed it even from the passenger seat of Dave's Escort, had me wishing i'd driven too!

Thanks Plenty for organising etc, and good to meet a few more people, look forward to the next one!

Wish I could say it's my driving-god skills, but in reality the little Mazda is so accessible that even an average driver can extract all of its performance. Also the tight roads favour the small and nimble - we did the exact same route for an HBBC run earlier in the year and I had a three-cylinder 80 hp Smart Roadster up my 968's chuff the whole way.

I find using a satnav also really helps, as an onboard navigator of upcoming bends.
