Help! Mobile helicoil-er needed near Huntingdon

Does anyone know of someone who could do a helicoil for a mate of mine on his TVR Cerbera's sump in Huntingdon? The alloy has been damaged by the sump-drain bolt and is now leaking oil. He is a member here, but has no internet access.
