2. Set a time
3. Make it known and invite people
4. Don't change the date or location
5. Don't at the last min decide against it and cancel (as so many of these meets seem to end up)

Of course, I was just letting the ideas flow and was going to post a thread up at the weekend

I don't live in MK, and don't live in Bucks, but work across t'other side of M1 in Cranfield and would quite like to attend if we're about.

Cool. For a first meet Caldecotte is probably not bad, big car park, but more importantly easy to find, even if you don't know where it is. If people want a different location could be used the time after.
