Most of the ports around the lake have launching slips you can reverse down to launch and off you go.
If you want to keep the boat in the water whilst there in August probably no chance as it gets very busy.
Given some of the things I've seen on the lake over the years, no not much control of anything. In particular crashing in to jettys is a popular pastime but frowned upon nevertheless.
Where are you staying? What kinds of things do you like to do?

Staying at LaRavoire camping. We like boarding, ringos, fishing, sight seeing etc
Lots of fishing everywhere.Old Annecy very picturesque, but check the boat-bus thing timetables when you get there will be quicker, and nicer, to go in by boat than by car.
La Tournette good mountain to go up and down easily in a day for nice views from the top.
Lots of paragliding around the eastern side of the lake.

You're welcome.
There's so much to do it's difficult to know where to start suggesting things to do.
It's a beautiful part of the world, but it is very busy in August, having your boat with you will probably be the best way to get around. The campsite should be able to give you contact details for the ports in the various villages around the lake that may have temporary moorings when visiting.
Very popular with the Dutch so if you like tall blonde ladies you will not be disappointed.

Can you also help with what I need to take it abroad? SSR, insurance, receipt, is there anything else?
Many thanks in advance
Certificate of competence is generally needed for sea and backed up with Cevni if on inland waterways although it's not clear whether the French class the lake as just coming under local byelaws. Might be worth giving the RYA a call to check. Many thanks in advance
