Twin tail jet over Scottish Highlands

Saw what I thought were a pair of Tornados this morning over Lochalsh in Wester Ross, but then noticed the twin tail.

Would these be F15s? They did [i]seem[\i] to have swing wings, hence my initial thought that they were Tornados (common enough here), but F15 is fixed wing?

I am up here quite a bit, but don't recall having seen anything similar before - on reflection, more of a roar than the Tornado soundwise.
