Citroen made a helicopter!

Seems that Citroen as well as testing the wankel engine in a GS also put it in a helicopter(well it was a rotary engine)

It seems to be the fate of old wankel designs to end up in aircraft. The rights to the Norton rotary engine were bought by UAV Engines Ltd, which is Israeli owned, specifically to power UAVs. So far as I can tell they're based in the old Norton factory in Shenstone too.
