I might offer my services as chief photoshopper and model maker. I reckon I could earn a nice wage and turn out better quality work.
Make sure you get it right or you lose your hands/head....

No, Dougal, that miniature stealth fighter mockup is very close....

Seems to have been designed for stumpy hobbits.
Well lets hope if the pilot ever has to eject that the det cord on the canopy is effective....otherwise his head is going to be introduced to his chest cavity lol. I don't know why I brought this up, we all know this plane will get blown away in a light breeze biggrin
Not that it makes the thing any more credible, but why do you assume it needs MDC or similar to shatter the canopy? Why couldn't the canopy be jetissoned just like any other aircraft with a polycarbonate canopy of this type (F-16 for example)? The warning triangle says "ejection seat and canopy".
Sorry I'm just used to working on tornados. Where the canopy has det cord, but can be blown out into the airstream. I didn't pay any attention to the credible ejection warning stickers. lol

Given that the plane is mostly made out of a Halfords fibreglass kit, the ejection seat will probably be better at shattering the plane into a squillion pieces, leaving just the pilot with a toasty engine and fuel fireball just behind him.

Still, given the "special" design and a VNE of 250kts, the pilot could probably just open the canopy, climb outside and jump.

Looking at it..I imagine it acts much more like the Harrier canopy which just blows off once a decent airspeed is reached, wether the pilot wants it to or no!

I think you'll find Harrier had MDC.

And, crucially, couldn't be constructed by taking out a subscription to 'Iranian Model Builder', and collecting the parts stuck to the magazine cover.

Looking at it, and the complete lack of a seal on the cockpit coaming or any latching mechanism, thet'd be about 10 kts

Is that available as a parts work from marshal cavendish, first part just $0.99.

Subseqent issues $500,000; 6312 parts to collect?

I wonder what the ejection seat is from - it looks real enough, but just way too small. Or is it just an incredibly big 'pilot' they chose, which made the whole thing look even more stupid?

I'm sure it's a perfectly standard ejection seat. At least it says Standard Rockets on the propulsion units.

The stealth hovercraft is not as stealthy as the pilot in that mountain shot...he's got a head...but no body!!!
