A/c exclusion/noise abatement zones
Discussion
A few aircraft from our local airfield have taken to flying straight over our village when taking off/landing. This is despite the charts available from the airfields website showing a 'no fly zone' around our village, that these aircraft are going through.
Typically it is the noisy jets doing this, not the far quieter small jets or prop aircraft.
Does anyone know the correct way to complain about this? Emailing the airport email address appears to have zero affect.

The exclusion zone is clearly show on the 'Noise sensitive map'

Ok Charlie... so are the exclusions shown on the Blackbushe map just an 'out the kindness of their heart"? presumably an effort on their side to prevent more complaints.
Given that I would have thought they would want to monitor the adherence so they can 'have a quiet word' with people ignoring the zones.

Are you sure they are actually penetrating the noise avoidance area (which is purely a make residents happy avoidance) a straight out approach on 25 would see them skirt the edge of the area.
Also if they are visiting aircraft they may have not glanced at the information (although they will be asked by blackbushe if they are aware of the noise sensitive areas on booking)
As it's only a local procedure all you can do is complain to the airfield, but are there really that many moves a day that it's annoying?

They do mention it as we did some photography over that village and they had a good old moan up on the radio about it being a noise sensitive area. Unfortunately for you (and the airfield) not everyone pays attention to noise abatement. I would mention it to the airfield but ultimately it is going to happen when you live close to one.
