Joint Warrior RAF Lakenheath

I spent a few days photographing and taking videos of the fast jets at exercise Joint Warrior this year. Here is a video of a mass launch from the second Monday, sadly the German Tornados were grounded from Tuesday, so this is the only footage I have of them. The RAF Tornado pair launch was a highlight of the trip for me- my ears are still ringing.

Great footage. How close are you to the runway? It looks very close.

From that end of the base about 15 feet from the taxi way and a little more from the runway. The other end is so close it's amazing, no high fences at key points for photography either.

Just noticed my thread title mishap, it was Lossiemouth, not Lakenheath. I've had too many long days with jet fuel I think.
