Identify this Airport

Hello PH collective,

I have been shown a picture of an airport to try and identify from an aerial picture, struggling massively.

I should imagine if you post an image with the runway designator a visible your query will be answered in seconds! Is it in the UK?

I don't think it is in the UK. Looks to be an 02 main runway direction (I presume top is North) and few of them in the UK.

I can't see the picture anymore :-(

Can we see it? If it is 02 then you've got Southampton, Doncaster, Humberside for starters.

Sorry I found which airport it is.. but I will let you see the picture (given a slightly clearer one than I got) to see if you can guess..

It's none of the airports listed above - and from the lack of roundabouts, I'd guess at it being in the States

Certainly the grid pattern of the building around the airport gives it an American look.

Come on, put us out of our misery. There are thousands of airports around the world.

Looks fairly similar to Bordeaux at a quick glance and with no cheating.
