All the above would be unlikely to attract much attention in a landcruiser right enough, if you had a 1 series or similar less so!

There are ways around the measure as in measuring from behind any drawbar for a trailer length. Obviously make the drawbar as long as you need.

Out of morbid curiosity, how much fuel do they burn through an hour? 100/150 gallons?

1gph per 10hp is about right when these big motors are properly stretching their legs but it improves drastically with just a little back off. They can get those things close to 1 mile per gallon at a push you know.
