Red arrows came in today in pairs and singles, unusual to see them not doing thier usual formation flypast and then split for landing

Nice formation flypast over Farnham a few minutes ago..

They're displaying (or have displayed) over Newbury today according to their calendar..

I had an e-mail from the show organisers the other day but they did not disclose what's coming. My expectations are low.

That was never my particular interest. I'm more interested in what turns up during the week of the trade display plus what will still be around on Friday. For the past ten years or so, the Saturday/Sunday displays have been on a par with a village fete.

I've moved office since the last show so no more free viewings from the work car park frown

I might have to resort to taking a day off and spending it in the beer garden of The Swan.

Nothing confirmed my end at the moment. Will keep an eye out, not expecting great variety to be honest.

Would seem the exhibition centre is now going to be used for something far more important if this tweet is true, and I have also had other sources confirm the same.
Will make for some interesting air traffic, but we will obviously not be able to see visit Farnborough to see it.

Rumours of new #covid19UK “Nightingale hospitals” planned across our region including possibly Kent Event Centre, Gatwick airport, Heathrow airport, the Brighton Centre, Farnborough Airport and Chineham Business Park. Decision awaited. We will be asking for union involvement.

I would have thought all event/exhibition/hanger space is being evaluated as potential hospital/morgue locations, especially places like Farnborough that is a fairly secure to start with.

And has a well respected hospital only two miles from the airfield - Frimley Park.
