Good to hear the pilot got out.

A bit further east and it would have hit the Ricardo site. They have quite a large fuel store on site, which would have made things interesting......

Eyewitness on Sky news who did sound like she knew what she was talking about described it as a Hunter T7.

Latest on BBC news is it crashed across the A27 hitting several cars , the A27 is closed in both directions .

They also posted a picture of a burning plane that wasn't a Hunter initially but have now removed it.

Looking at the pictures it seems to have crashed near the Sussex Pad pub, that's where I normally watch from but today I'm at a family party. I wish all the best to those involved.
