"Mellum" Pollution Contol Vessel

I'm building a model of this ship. Can anyone tell me what the orange truss structures are on the rear deck? They appear to be permanent features of the vessel rather than cargo, but look like they can be re-configured in a different position, like some kind of crane jib extension perhaps?
