2 apache helicopters went over where i work. Suprisingly not showing up on flightradar.

Work in Leicester, not Aleppo
Don't think Flightradar shows Mil stuff.
It filters out military and police, and anyone else that requests it. Plenty of other sites don't though.
Does it..? smile

Any ideas what these ballon type things are over South America. There's quite a few of them (including one off the coast of French Guinea/Surinam) at altitudes in excess of 50,000 feet? Weather balloons?

Found it, one off the coast of Chile has a picture. It's a Google Loon!

Part of Project Loon which is a network of stratospheric balloons designed to bring Internet connectivity to rural and remote communities worldwide.

TOW2231 just landed at Brize from Mount Pleasant, Falkland Islands.

Home for Christmas or just collecting the post?

In other news, C130 circling NYC on a training exercise. Shame it wasn't an AC-130 taking a few training shots. Love the idea of them AC130's.

I did find this out from the Daily Mail by the way. I feel the end is nye if the Daily Mail is now reporting on this stuff.

That's mega. Wonder what kind of training op they would need to do that for though, I mean they could do those runs anywhere. To do it in plain sight.... hmmm.
