Just seen this oil dispersal flight near Newquay, 727, G-OSRB

A pic from Google

See that quite a lot up here, lives at Doncaster (Finningly) as a norm. A rare sight, for something that was so common once.
Amazing. I was having a few days in Cornwall but I live not too far from DSA (south of Sheffield) and have never seen it before.

They have at least 2. I've seen them over Southampton in formation

I like this one. A perfect example of how weather affects air traffic. A nice big cell moving up the Channel.
Dislike summer for that reason to!

I saw that aircraft yesterday (checked FR24 playback to confirm) flying past Brough on its way out to the North Sea.

Edit: it was infact (according to the picture on FR24) it's sister aircraft G-OSRA.

Always nice to see a Chinook, but 1400ft straight over central Worcester was interesting to see...

Why do some planes not have any info? Are these military?

I'm new to this.

Thanks

That particular one is Moroccan Gendarmerie. You can enter the Mode S address or registration into airframes.org to find out what they are.

Does anyone know why Monarch's only 737 has been flying in circles round the British Isles every day for weeks? https://www.flightradar24.com/data/aircraft/g-zbav - I'd considered that it might be training, but they're meant to be taking new 737 Max 8s, is training on a 737-800 suitable for this?

I'm new to this page so I guess the regulars have seen this before; Airbus Voyager. Refuelling presumably?

How do you guys get the military planes to show up?
The other week was watching F35s (I think) but only big jets and helicopters on flight radar

The RAF A330 tankers aren't blocked on FR.

Most military stuff is blocked on flight radar the people showing military jets are from

https://www.adsbexchange.com

And 360radar.co.uk but you need an account for them.

Some fairly big airbases along that stretch of coast.

Sitting on the beach in Panama City Beach would see F22s at a couple of 1000 feet regularly flying along
