Take it your USB extension was the Blue Rigger one you had on the Wish List?
Yup, got it connected to the existing Pi DVB combo at the mo and it's working perfectly.

I've got the FlightAware pro-stick and filter waiting to be pressed into use with the new antenna I posted previously.
Now the roofers just need to get on with their work so that I can get a mast on the side of the house... (shhhhh)

Have a look here at my FR24Pi wishlist on Amazon

No longer listed ?
Yeah, I managed to buy all of the bits from it.
I'll re-create the list now.

Updated, although the flightaware pro stick doesn't appear to be available on Amazon at the moment, so I've gone with the standard USB DT-V receiver.
They are available via ebay, but from the US and more expensive than normal.

Thanks.

Will I be ok with a Raspberry Pi Model B (512MB Ram) ?
Depending on how many sites you're feeding, that should be fine, based on the last post here..

Anyone still running their kit? I might have just upgraded my mast...
