Sunseeker Demo boat and 'loan' cars to tempt new customers?
They've only just opened a location in Portugal.
This sounds about right after seeing the photos. They've only just opened a location in Portugal.
They do this at my marina twice a year, we've had Aston Martin and Porsche this year.
It seems to happen in most marinas/open days.
How fantastic to find some information about Brutus! I'm in Portugal at the moment and having seen this amazing boat I've spent a lot of the holiday googling it! It's still there (Sept 3rd) and if anyone has other information about it is love to know more about it. So curious!
And hey - the matt hummer is nice

I was Staying in Vilamoura last week, but I missed seeing the Hummer parked up. All the other cars above were parked up outside the Tivoli though.
Edit:
My mistake. I've just spotted the Sunseeker Portugal banner on the back of the boat!!

Staying opposite and have admired it the last couple of days. A stunning number. Only option would be the awning and seat pads that I'd have in white.
Hope you're enjoying yourself!

Maybe to do with heat reflection?
I know sod all about boats, which is embarrassing because Dad started his career at Bolsons before going on to aeroplane engineering stuff.
Quite possible it is to do with heat reflection given that most of them are composite construction. The Slingsby Firefly that I am a shareholder of has a list of manufacturer approved colours that it can be painted in. The reason being because if the structure gets over a certain temperature you can't fly it as the glues soften which compromises the structural rigidity. The outside air temperature gauge has a little button accompanying it so you can switch the gauge mode to read the structure temperature! You also have to check it before doing aerobatics.I know sod all about boats, which is embarrassing because Dad started his career at Bolsons before going on to aeroplane engineering stuff.

OT but how are Slingsby doing these days? My dad was a test pilot for them in the 90s, and then MD selling them to the USAF. We use to have G-BOXK as a company plane to fly around in. RacingPete said:

They are now known as Slingsby Advanced Composities and no longer manufacture whole aircraft. As far as the Firefly its self goes its a great little aircraft I love flying it SpamCan said:
