From that, looks like he was tracking the runway centreline (abeam the taxiway)

Sorry, yes, you're right, I was reading the picture wrongly. Came in too high then perhaps?

Far too early to say. . . Flight Radar is not that accurate a tool for armchair air accident investigation!

I doubt it will take long to recover the data from the FDR and CVR.
