Smallish coaster, maybe 100ft, black hull, white super structure, bit of a wreck, was on a mud berth alongside Smiths Quay, by the Griffon building, been there at least a year, seems to have gone.

Anyone know more?

I work at Griffon
We noticed it had gone a few weeks ago
There was a lot of activity a year or so ago but it went quite I assumed the had given up
It can't have gone far

Initial investigations, to be verified as only gleaned from the pub, boat has very thin hull plating and has gone somewhere in Hayling Island to be converted to razor blades.

She may be the same hull as a Dutch sail training vessel called TECLA, and the idea being to stick some masts on, and do similar but that's fallen apart. I know the folk at Tecla, so I'll see if that's correct.

Disclaimer - this may just be ship yard matey / pub bloke bks or just my (5 pints of Guinness) misunderstanding.

Thanks - hardly a surprise about the thin plating on an old steel hull.

Spotted her today from the M275, lying at the old Pound scrapyard.
