XH558 will be flying by me in 2 weeks at Rhyl Airshow and it's a free to attend event, if you've never been its a great display and a huge effort put in every year as with all displays. Below is a link to a rundown of display times and days;

Anyone know the timings for XH558 at Shoreham over the weekend?
Not sure whether to go to the whole show or just find a decent place to see the Vulcan.
Debating whether to go on Saturday (when the weather is likely to be much better) or Sunday (when I expect the crowds / traffic will be less)?
Any suggested sites to view from if I don't actually attend the full show?

and 3.45pm – 4.10pm on Sunday .
I be heading to mill hill for Saturday then into the show for Sunday . you can also view from lancing hill near the collage , but to be honest the planes do not seem to pass over head over lancing hill so much as they use to . also down by the river can be ok too .

"Eye witnesses reported seeing the aircraft get into difficulties shortly after taking off the from the grass air strip.
Jim Birnie, who runs a flying school at the airport said: "The aircraft seemed to have a controlled take off and then came down in a field adjacent to the airfield and subsequently caught fire."

Reports about the Hunter down at Shoreham are from those watching Planes TV live where people have reported a Hunter (or Hawk?) failed to pull out of a dive - and the live feed was then cut.
Planes TV is back on but there's no mention being made.
