So who else is going to watch at Filton? I'll be turning up by bike, where is the best place around the perimeter to watch? I was thinking the fence at the end of the runway next to the big circular turning pan?

I just realised that here in Gloucester we should see her twice - she is routed to overfly us on her way from Ross On Wye to Lincolnshire!!

Cant wait. Two flights over here in the space of an hour or so. Outstanding.

Might pop up Matt if am not out working..Behind the Honda garage is a good spot on the big mound (could be where you mean),or along the ring road on the M&S carpark side of the Mall,thats closer to the runway..if your on a bike the A38's another spot perhaps ?

I had meant the A38 just as it goes past the east tip of the runway, but now I'm torn between that, your suggestion of Honda Hill, or Fishpool Hill on the south side of the runway which goes almost right up the tarmac.

What do you reckon?

She's over at approx 4pm - should be overflying the city en-route from Ross to Lincolnshire approx 4.45 i would have thought.

Is Tiger Airways owned by the nutcase in the Tiger Moth? He flies over my house most weekends & then does his loop the loops - amazing to watch an old plane held together by wire do that!!!

Never ceases to impress me. Is it possible to have a close up look at the Moth as my 7 year old would like that?

She departs her home base at 3pm all being well. Due back home just after 6pm.
