Were can I get some Swastikas from? I couldn't find any water sticker sets on ebay, I was thinking about trying to paint them but that will be pretty hard.

You could try your local BNP representative.

There's a guy on Britmodeller who has a decal swap service. I got a set of decals for my Spitfire rebuild from him, in exchange for some on my old ones I'd got saved. Just sent him them with an sae and they arrived a few days later. I can give you his email if you want? Maybe an old Matchbox 1:32 Me 109 set would do?
