There is a nice four-masted schooner at anchor in the bay outside my window. Probably waiting for its canal transit slot. A quick google search suggests it is this:  Too far out for a decent pic mind.

I'm sitting in Gunwharf looking out at Leander. She's beautiful and I want one!!!
However, me and the missus are trying to figure out what sort of things she'd have aboard. Would there be a pool? A big banquet room?
