Living in Copenhagen, home of the worlds biggest shipping company brings some really contrasting boats into the harbour.
Abramovich has been here, as well as exclusive cruise ships, one of them a converted ice breaker as well as the Military looking gin palace of an Ex micrsoft director of development. Most of these plastic gin palaces are highly underwhelming though.
Of course Maersk brought a Triple EEE ship to Copenhagen. A trully huge vessel.
The Queen has a lovely, old school yacht.
Of the modern boats, of the "nicest" is on the right in the photo. A sleek and elegant double masted sailing yacht. I'll have the one on the right please Bob.
The queen's yacht (assuming that is the one on the second photo down) is beautiful. I know there are many crimes people want to lay at his door, but to me one of Tony Blair's biggest was getting rid of HMY Britannia.Abramovich has been here, as well as exclusive cruise ships, one of them a converted ice breaker as well as the Military looking gin palace of an Ex micrsoft director of development. The helicopter hangar on the bow features two doors split down the centre line, each parting to the side to accomodate the owner's new Eurocopter AS365N3 Dauphin. A hydraulic helipad then raises and lowers the aircraft, with its blades folded back. The helicopter hanger is also a squash court.
I think being able to stow the helicopter and take it with you is pretty useful (and it's not exactly a small 'copter)

Sunseeker Predators? Tenders arn't they?
Was hoping someone would post Le Grand Bleu. I saw that off the coast of Menorca a few years back. Stunning. And was there for several days as the guests had gone on a 2 day jaunt on the 100ft sailing boat that sits on the back alongside the Sunseeker predator. Very good toys to have on the back of your mega yacht!Think it's my favourite yacht...but then again there are a few more. (except Phil Green's as he is a total f***ing crook and should have to give his boat to former BHS employees),

I'm not a fan. Looks too fussy and like a massive floating training shoe to me.
The owner is a complete as well
Haha! Let's see if he keeps his Knighthood! The owner is a complete as well
Interested to see what constitutes a "pretty" boat. Now you've said training shoe, I can't get that mental image out of my mind!

To me the best looking superyacht is Madame Gu
Bloody hell. It looks interesting for sure. Colour coded helicopter I see.
Who's the owner?

would you be surprised to learn it's owned by a Russian but apparently he threatens to sue anyone who says he is the owner.
Haha ! Good grief. More state appropriation/wealth extraction.I feel guilty for ever disliking Bill Gates.
Stil, Dilbar is a beautiful boat and Usmanov is a stand-up guy!
