I need to get up there at some point. I keep meaning to head over to Donna Nook aswell since it's only half hour away from me and watch some of the runs.

^ Do things still happen at Donna Nook and if so what? I went there many years ago and had a fab day watching strafing on the beach.

I'll be up Tues/Wed of this week. hopefully we've still got some aircraft to work with, shame as the Harriers were the lowest thing going.

I think i will be going down early thurs 13th and come back on the saturday evening. I am lucky as my grandparents live in carno about 20mins from the loop.
I think i may venture up Cad East or Blwch for a change.

Im keeping an eye on the weather as its forcast to be rain.

What's the forecast for the south coast sort of Swansea-ish for that weekend?

wouldn't look at the weather until the night before you're due to go. The loop and surrounding area is well known amongst locals and visitors for being in it's own micro-climate

You'll have to go and stand outside the simulator building soon. That's the only 'flying' the RAF will be doing!

Great photos though.

Dave all are great pictures. Especially love 13 and 14.

Based on these pictures, If i could do it all over again I'd join up in an instance.

Keep up the good work!
