This is about 5 years old. 1st Cav, Ah-64/D hot dogging and crashes. No one died in this.

My first thought was that it was basically deliberate but wasn't intended to be quite that low, the aircraft did seem to sink slightly when banked hard left. On the other hand there seems to be smoke from the starboard engine during the climb out and not from the port, maybe the port didn't respond properly when the throttles were opened for the go round.
