Was quite something at Duxford on Sunday, the highlights in no particular order for me were the Eurofighter/Spitfire display, the Dakota's in formation and the dogfight between the Hurricane, ME109(?) and the Spit's.

Two Fairey Delta 2s were built - one of which was modified (as mentioned above) to test the ogival wing shape proposed for Concorde. Both aircraft survive. The original Fairey Delta 2 is on display at Cosford and the BAC 221 is displayed alongside the British prototype Concorde at Yeovilton.

crap picture though, she is so big my little flash wouldn't have filled the picture if I'd gone out away from her
