The Varsity isn't in the top left apron, its over on the right

Top left

Britannia, Comet, Belfast, VC10, C130, Hastings, Beverley

Top right

Wellington, Mosquito, Lancaster, Canberra, Dominie, Gnat, Jet Provost, Piston Provost, Varsity

Foreground left

Gazelle, Devon, Pembroke, Devon, Auster, Lysander, Tiger Moth, Magister, Lightning T4, Javelin, Hunter, Whirlwind (over head) Vampire, Meteor, Tempest, Beaufighter, Defiant, Spitfire

I am not sure if there's supposed to be a Chipmunk behind the Pembroke, is that a dH tail back there on the corner?

edit for mistyped Tiger Moth
Good effort but no banana. I believe you missed the Hurricane next to the Spitfire.
Aha you missed my addenda when GG and I were adding to it

Being auctioned. Goodly number of bullet holes in it, but I understand this aircraft was brought down by a P-47 Thunderbolt, but the holes don't look big enough for 0.50 rounds, and the bullets seems to have entered at right angles, maybe target practice at the wreckage?

Heinz Wolfgang Schnaufer, said to be history's deadliest ace, must admit I had not heard of him until this story. Yes, a Me110.

typically sloppy piece of journalism... said dude is no-where near the top Luftwaffe ace. He is however the top night-fighter ace

More evidence of the sloppiness of the journalism...

Daily Mail article said:
Marked each 'kill' by printing icon of the target on the tail fin of his jet
...this despite there being a photograph further down the page, clearly showing the '110 to have two piston engines driving propellers rolleyes

That aircraft was the very last VC10 to fly and is now at Bruntingthorpe being dismantled ready for a move to Cosford.
