Awesome pic but I'm going to be pedantic, that's one of the NASA F-18s not T38s.

Anyone else wondering how the hole in the roof got there and if man made, they are OK?

13/11/1969 XF297 BY-738 Hunter GA11 738 NAS Jumped the wheel chocks during full power engine checks at Brawdy, Pembrokeshire and ran into the 738 NAS office block. The pilot was seriously injured. After being extricated it was struck off charge and stripped for spares

...is all I can find for it with a brief search. No further details regarding the pilot's name and the nature of his injuries.

I would assume that vintage of ejector seat aren't zero-zero so serious injury would certainly result.

The first zero-zero bang seat was the Mk6 fitted to the Buccaneer S2.
