I never realised just how large the LERX were on it, you can see how they stabilise the upper fuselage/inner wing airflow counter to the control canards which affect/disrupt the outer forward swept wing flow..

Looks like a B36 with B52 style wing and engines, so a YB60?I've also got a photo of one of the two prototypes with its gun turrets on show but it's in a book and I've yet to find a copy of the photo on the web.
But I managed to find a picture of an experimental undercarrige that was tested on the B-36.
