Alfa Nero is up for sale.
I think one of the best looking superyachts out there!
Lucky new owner, whoever they will be!

I downloaded and read through the pdf - noticed in the exclusions that the name is reserved !!
presumably then that means I wont be able to call her Alfa Nero when I buy it?
fk that then - Ahm OOOT !!
<goes to find another suitable yacht>
easily got around old chap... the yacht will be registered under whichever flag (probably cayman or some form of british ship variation) as 'alfa nero'... you just change the name to 'alfa nero of grimsby' and you're off to the races... it's a common trick in the more regular world of yachts to get around retained names without really changing it at all.presumably then that means I wont be able to call her Alfa Nero when I buy it?

More than 12 guests and you suddenly become a "Passenger Vessel" and have to comply with a lot more regs.
When you look at the interior spaces, how the accommodation is laid out and how it is typically used, you're not going to get that many more people on without it starting to feel cosy. You could get more cabins in, but then you'd have to make the lounge & dining areas correspondingly smaller, whilst having to fit more people in them.

you also have to note that in fact she sleeps 35 (23 'crew' )
and consider that the way modern cruise ships achieve their passenger numbers and grand spaces is by being floating tower blocks and nearly as blocky as the floating multistoreys used to ship vehicles around...
