I cooked mine, but despite the chicken being straight out of the (Peckham) butchers, it was off. So if it's within the rules I'll be submitting pictures of the ingredients, the cooking and the remains in the bin. Along with a picture of the same meal cooked with M&S ingredients 6 months ago.

Hate to say it but they have to be new pictures, otherwise we all have photos of things we have cooked before and it would just turn into a "post a picture of something you cooked before".Pixel-Snapper said:
Im still trying to find an ox's tail for my dish....
You need to go to an african/carribean butchers. Almost every butchers is S/E london has more of that than chicken breast or beef mince. Not that I can advise shopping in them of course. The after results of my off chicken came out looking a bit like chicken penang mind.

What's the details on the crying tiger salad(presume it's far back left)
Looks delicious
I think the crying tiger is front left, as that's usually beef with lime. I know the recipe under a similar name, "tiger in tears", thought about doing that myself. But I don't think I'll have time to do an entry this time round.Looks delicious

Best I can find on net is this http://www.matadorrecords.com/matablog/2008/01/13/...
but DT uses fresh mint, corriander & basil
The best I had actually had the leaves cooked too
Back left (10pm) is the sour beef curry

marinade the beef in lime & fish sauce with chilli & ginger, imusually do this for at least 24 hours. Then quick fry the beef so it is still rare, slice & pour the sauce over.
HOT!
