Inspired by famous threads such as - Photo of your dinner and Dirty takeaway pictures. So here we go...... I'm tired of eating the same old Crappy Tesco sandwiches and have started to create my own tasty morsels in my office with only a blunt knife and a Microwave! I give you Falafel, houmous and salad, wrapped in a flat bread with a splash of Tabasco for a bit of heat. Falafel and flat bread heated in microwave, add a generous splodge of Houmous to the bread, a splash of Tabasco, add salad(if required) wrap and eat.. Nom Nom Nom

nice, only once had the opportunity to try felafal but I op'ed for the wild boar burger instead  whats it like?

I love it. Has to be warm and is a bit dry on its own, however with Houmous its fab. If you have a Lebanese restaurant near you you should pop in and get some.

Looks nice - did you make your own falafel? Also where did you get the flat bread - it looks like khoubz?

As my (Vegan) missus has buggered off for a few days, and I was working from home, I had to make my own lunch sandwich  It started with this:  Which ended up as this:  It got sliced and the first layer went onto freshly baked ciabatta and smothered with bbq sauce  Then another layer of beef smothered with horseradish:  Bootiful!!!

Normaly a sandwich for me, but it was cold in Rye yesterday so we stopped at Gaparutti's cafe for this  It was bigger than it looks in the pic - more chips under the cod and peas lurking on the other side. With tea, £6.95 and lovely it was too.
