It's what you'd be pleased with after slaving away at home but only in a box for £6 for lunch with zero effort.

Well done Martha!

not sure what I can do with 7p to be honest so mostly this.

If I can find 3 more pence I could give space invaders a whirl.

Really need to start making some lunch.

If it makes you feel any better, I've just eaten a succulent chicken tikka served with basmati rice, washed down with some fancy black currant crush.

Pretty stuffed now...not even sure I can manage my Picnic bar and packet Golden Wonder Transform-a-snack spicy flavoured corn snack.

And definitely won't manage a slice of homemade Victoria sponge that one of the lads brought in.

Can't type anymore because food coma.

I blame it on the clients leaving early and not having lunch.

Alaskan Pollock frozen fillets which I had to literally wring out as they were so full of water from Morrison's, deep fried and then sandwiched with a Frank's and creme fraiche sauce.

It was as st as it looks and never will I buy frozen square blocks of budget fish and water again.

Morning off work so time to prepare my favourite sandwich combo:

Bacon, lettuce, sun dried tomato, egg, avocado, pickled chili slices & a little bit of mayo
