Sort of..just eating healthier and going to the gym every other day. smile

Lost 1/2 a stone in only a few weeks.

It's been ages since I had anything remotely dirty so I may have to stop by KFC tonight after the gym. wink

Technically this brunch, eaten at 1pm so more lunchtime. Just scrambled eggs with smoked salmon on toasted muffins and very nice it was too

Double roast, rice, choi-sum, chilli oil, hoi-sin and sour plum. Green tea.

Not bad for £10.

Prawn and Vermicelli noodle salad for lunch.

Been making lunch for SWMBO since the beginning of the year. Starting to get the hang of preparing something in ten minutes the night before.

Bit of a hike I'm afraid, a suburb of Sydney.
