Kind if first lunch/ pre-lunch thing...



Nutella on toast with strawberries & chia seeds.

Just need to get off my arse and make proper lunch biggrin

<Ingredient (8 pieces)>
(Douh)
Hard wheat flour. . . 150g + dusting
Cake flour. . . 150g
Salt. . . 1 tsp
Butter. . . 30g
Sugar. . . 30g
Beaten egg. . . 1 pieces
Milk. . . To a 210ml in total in addition to beaten egg
Dry yeast. . . 1 tsp

(Filling)
Nutella - around 120g

1. Put Dough ingredients to Breadmaker and choose "Dough course" (2H20min)
2. Take aside 40g from dough, and divide 4 pieces the rest of dough. Make them into a ball shape.
3. Put a damp cloth on 2. rest 15min. (bench time)
4. Roll each piece which you divided at 2. above, diameter should be 22 - 23cm and put Nutella on it and stack them up. (from the top, dough/nutella/dough/nutella/dough/nutella/dough)
5. Shape.

6. Put a damp cloth on it and rest for 40min in warm place.
7. Put some beaten egg by brush, and bake it for 30min (180 degree)

A polished turd...



Tescos beans and sausages, jazzed up cause I had stuff to use up. Shallots and a couple inches of chorizo fried off in the pan I used last night to fry off onions and garlic, with mixed italian herbs and oregano... SUPER tasty, bar the obviously crap sausages hehe
