Apologies for the wky instagram shots..

Roasted Vegetables - Olive Oil, Balsamic Vinegar, pepper, and some BBQ sauce put on them before cooking. It's my third time doing them (the first time being Friday, I bought loads of vegetables and need to use them), the first time they didn't turn out very well, the second time they were nice. but this time they were spot on. I had some for my lunch, then put the rest of them in an omelette for dinner.

Toasted baguette with the aforementioned vegetables, topped with Wensleydale cheese, then grilled.

Loosely following Atkins. 5 weeks in but still sticking with phase 1 (eg. no alcohol) for the moment. 5.5kg lost so far. Upping the exercise soon, once I get the bike set up, which will help.

That lamb looks nice. I'm also on low carb and have lobster for dinner as a treat. Will post photo's later.

Place for lunch. These were free with the lobster I purchased online.
